SKY Youth Program
The Sky Program is a community-based program that provides an alternative to custody for youth involved in the criminal justice system. Referrals are made by the Ministry of Child and Family Development for youth on probation only.
About the SKY Youth Program
The SKY Youth Program provides youth with safe housing in care homes and a supportive day program, offered Monday to Friday. Youth receive one-on-one support, engage in hands-on learning, and participate in recreational activities that build confidence and connection.
A key part of the program is community volunteerism – youth give back through local projects while developing life skills and learning the principles of restorative justice.
Have a community project that could use a few helping hands? We’d love to hear from you!
