Rise & Renew is a social enterprise by the Kamloops & District Elizabeth Fry Society that helps support programs and services for vulnerable women and children in our community. Every donation, purchase, and act of support helps create meaningful change locally.

Donations are accepted on Wed, Thu & Sat between 11am and 3pm. Drop off address is:

We gratefully accept gently used:
– Women’s clothing and shoes
– Handbags, Jewelry, sunglasses, purses, scarves, belts, accessories
– Small household décor items, such as vases & knick knacks
At this time, we are no accepting:
– Stained, torn, unwashed clothing
– Underwear
– Men’s clothing
– Large household items such as furniture, towels, bedding, etc.
– Oversized donations
If you are looking to make an in-kind donation of household items please first contact admin@kamloopsefry.com to see if there is an immediate need.

Free Clothing Support for Women in Need
Continuing the caring legacy of Lizzy’s Closet, Rise & Renew helps provide free clothing and essential items to women in need.
Women seeking support can simply speak with staff in-store. No forms or paperwork are currently required.
At this time:
- Up to $20 worth of items may be accessed at a time
- Support is generally available up to 4 times per year
- Additional support may be provided based on individual needs
Our goal is to ensure women in our community can access clothing and essentials with dignity, compassion, and care.
